Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement. 4) Local Shipping: Available in select districts, with orders processed within 5 working days. 5) Self-Pickup: Allows customers to collect their orders from designated centers in select states within 5 working days of order placement. Geographical Coverage and Insurance: 1) Shipping options vary by location, with some services limited to specific areas. 2) "Express Shipping" and certain "Standard Shipping" orders are insured against damage, loss, and pilferage, covering up to 80% of the product value (excluding shipping charges), subject to the courier's policy. Liquid items are excluded from insurance. Customer Responsibilities Customers must ensure to: 1) Provide accurate and complete shipping addresses and contact details. 2) Be available to receive the delivery at the specified address. 3) Not accept delivery if the package's outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, as accepting it voids any potential claim for damages or loss. 4) Provide documentation (4-5 pictures of the product package upon receipt and a video of unpacking) within 24 hours of receipt to support any insurance claims. Liabilities and Delivery Delays: 1) Agamya Store is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during shipping. While we facilitate the claims process for insured shipments, the outcome is determined by the courier's policy and discretion. Uninsured shipments are not eligible for claims against Agamya Store or its sellers. 2) Agamya Store is not liable for delay in delivery on the part of the courier. Our responsibility is to ship the order within the promised time. Returns Due to Customer Fault: In case of return of shipment to origin due to the customer's fault, the customer has two options: 1) The customer can either arrange for self-pickup of the shipment by paying our return shipment charges (charged by the courier as per actual). 2) Or, get the shipment rebooked by paying our return shipment charges and new onward charges. 3) No refund of the order can be claimed in such scenarios. Shipping Charges Basis: Calculated based on package weight and selected shipping speed. Additional Information: 1) Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, enabling them to track their package's progress. 2) Flexible Billing and Shipping Addresses: Customers have the option to specify different "Bill to" and "Ship to" addresses for a single order, facilitating the gifting process or receiving goods at a preferred location.
