Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy
We follow a NO RETURN, NO REFUND & NO CANCELLATION policy. However, if the product is found to be defective, the same shall be informed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and the same shall be replaced with the same product or a product with the same of lesser value at our sole discretion. All such damaged/rejected material shall be returned, or dispatched to be returned, within 24 hours of delivery otherwise it will be deemed to have been accepted. It shall be client's sole responsibility for any loss/damage to the product arising due to any process on part of the client including but not limited to washing, tumbler, ironing, cutting, stitching etc. Returns for exchange will only be acceptable in the same state as it was delivered to the client.
